Jill is a fully qualified Sugar Artist and Training Professional and has been making wedding cakes and specialising in sugar flowers for the last 23 years.
“Sugar flowers are a great passion of mine and having competed at the highest level of competition against some great chefs I am honoured to have won a number of awards including several gold medals at the prestigious Salon Culinnaire in London.
I learned my craft at Dunstable College and gained City and Guilds in Sugarcraft, Wired Sugar Flowers and Creating Working Designs.”
With an honours degree in Systems Thinking and being a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified trainer Jill can teach you a methodical process for creating these beautiful sugar flowers.
